About

Hi, I’m Ellen.

For over a decade, I've helped leaders and teams have the conversations that don't happen naturally, the ones that turn frustration into trust and a fuzzy strategy into a clear one.

My work spans coaching individual leaders, facilitating teams through the dynamics or clarity issues that are holding them back, and helping organizations shift their culture toward more honesty and directness.

What clients tell me is that I combine two things they don't usually get from one person: real business acumen and a gift for getting an individual or a room past the surface into honest, useful conversation.

I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Certified Systemic Team Coach.

Outside of client work, I serve on the Board of Directors of Eden Food for Change, help two sons grow into good men, and play celebrity chef in my own kitchen.

And I’m still evolving.
