Hello, I’m Ellen.
For over a decade, my work has centred on one thing: helping organizations strengthen leadership, team, and communication capabilities that actually move them forward. I start by asking questions and listening - really listening - to get beneath the surface of what is needed. From there, I work closely with clients to design and build something that fits: programs that create real shift.

Outside of work I spend my time ensuring two teenagers grow into good men, convincing myself I’m a celebrity chef, and losing myself in a good book.
