Hello and welcome, I’m Ellen.
In my 20-year corporate career, I experienced the impact great leaders have on the culture and success of an organization. I loved being part of high performing teams that were motivated by a shared purpose. And I felt the power of open, brave, and clear communication.
For the past decade I've been driven by a clear purpose: helping organizations build stronger leadership, team, and communication capabilities. I begin by asking thoughtful questions and listening deeply to uncover the root of the need. From there, I collaborate closely to co-create programs that spark real growth and lasting transformation.

Outside of work I spend my time trying to ensure two teenagers grow up to be good men, pretending I’m a celebrity chef, and losing myself in a good book.
